10 heathy habits to improve physical health in women
This 5 week will take you through 10 simple daily habits that not only improve physical health but help our bodies as we navigate through menopause and perimenopause. At the end of this program you will have research – backed information that is easily applicable to any daily routine. You will be provided with tips and tools on how to take each habit and personalize it to your needs. From protein intake, eating windows and sleep, learn how to make changes today, that your future self will thank you for. We will also focus on strength training. How to strength train effectively and efficiently plus how to avoid the most common injuries associated with strength training.
To be included in this program, you will need to be committed to meeting weekly for an hour. Each week we will break down a healthy habit and provide examples on how to imprelemnt into your lifestyle. We will also communicate periodically during the week for checkins and problem solving. Sessions will take place Tuesdays 645-745pm starting on March 18th.
